Over-seeding is a fantastic way of giving your lawn new life, especially after a tough winter or long drought in the summer.
Ideally seed needs mixing with topsoil or root zone and applied straight after the existing soil has been disturbed with a scarification or aeration.
If grass seed is just thrown on top of a lawn it will end up as bird food. Seed must be kept damp daily for germination, so watering with a sprinkler for 15 minutes twice a day will speed up germination and is essential if there is no rainfall.
Pricing is by quotation after a site visit and lawn analysis.
